A little bit country 2.0

Hey strangers!  I can’t believe it’s Wednesday already – this week has flown by.  As I mentioned on Friday, I headed out to Holyoke again for the weekend to spend some time with my cousin and our dear friends.  It was SO MUCH FUN.  Much to my dismay, they dragged me across Nebraska state lines on Monday for a picnic.  The picnic was lovely, the Nebraska part – not so much (a story for a different time)…I just pretended I was still in Colorado, I’m mature like that.

Remember my little chicken from last time? {left}  She’s all grown up! {right}

While in Champion, NE – we visited an old grain mill-turned-museum.  It was so cool to see all of the old equipment and chat with the nice woman who works there.  I may or may not have wanted to steal quite a few items, but I refrained.

There was of course shooting and bonfires and the most delicious food you’ve ever tasted.  Wrex and Stef, you spoiled us and we love you for it!

What did you do for Memorial Day weekend?
