Listening: Best Coast

I’ve only known about Best Coast for 2 full days – but I have listened to their sophomore album “The Only Place” upwards of 10 times since then and I already feel they are worthy of a post.  Bethany and Bobb hold their own in the surf pop genre and I. Love. It.

Bethany’s songs are hilarious and so girly – the honesty is refreshing…I mean, what girl wouldn’t want to write an entire album about the guy she likes who doesn’t like her back?
