Long quiet weekend

This weekend has been quiet.  The kids left on Friday evening to spend 2 nights with my sister and brother-in-law at their house about 25 minutes away.  Tristan and I immediately skipped out the door to have our favorite dinner (middle eastern food – yum), and see a movie.  We even stayed out till midnight – pretty wild and crazy eh?

Gemma was feeling a bit under the weather after the first night, and decided she wanted to come home early.  This wasn’t too surprising because she is definitely a momma’s girl and wants to be near me as much as possible.  Tristan was playing drums in Denver, so the girls stayed home and snuggled while watching Rug Rats and Full House.

The kids are all home now, but they have been invited over to the Grandparent’s house tomorrow to play and hang with their cousin, Hunter.  They are so popular, I tell ya:)
