A few years ago one of my favorite websites was one of a Denver based fashion duo called Potential Fashions. I loved looking at their recycled clothing, the visions they had for an old pair of jeans and different textured fabrics was always so appealing.
Then, a few days ago as I was browsing Etsy.com I stumbled across a Denver based designer named Tricia Hoke. Her designs are extremely innovative and most of the clothing she creates are “morphing” pieces which means you can wear them many different ways. This is the kind of design that blows my mind and makes me want more. The complexity of creating something that can be so many different things, but can be worn with such ease fascinates me. It wasn’t until I started writing this post that I found out Tricia Hoke was one half of the Potential Fashions duo. Her designs keep pulling me in, no matter how far between I may see them. I am so excited to have found her again – she is inspiring and creative and wonderful.

I love the white dress in Tricia Hoke’s Picture 2 – I also think the jean pictures are cute – I wonder if I could pull that off????

You found an old friend. My mom made me a curtain dress once. Or actually, a dress made of old curtains. Not the same, I guess.
