Starting Another Whole 30 Challenge!

Tristan and I have decided to embark on ANOTHER Whole 30 challenge in January 2014!  We are really excited to do it again and see how it may or may not feel differently this time around.   We aren’t doing another Whole 30 to lose more weight – I’ve lost 51 lbs, and Tristan has lost 30 lbs, so we are actually both really happy with where we are weight-wise (I know!  Who would’ve thought that day would come?!).  We just want to challenge ourselves again to take things to the next level and continue on this healthier path.  If you’re wondering – a Whole 30 is a strict version of Paleo and lasts for 30 days, so it is a little different from “regular” Paleo – you can read all about it here.  We both did it back in June and loved it so much that we continued with Paleo ever since.  It has been so so life-changing for us and you can read about some of our other experiences here, here, and here.

One of the things that we both recommend if you are thinking of doing a Whole 30, is to have a partner do it with you for support, encouragement, and accountability. SO, we are extending the invitation to you (yes YOU!) to join us on our Whole 30 next month!

Here are the nitty gritty details if you are interested in joining us (and I hope that you are!):

We will start the Whole 30 on Wednesday, January 8th 2014 and end on Thursday, February 6th 2014 – 3 weeks from today! (NO breaks, cheat days, “off” days, ect…during this period of time – no exceptions!)
